I've been pretty busy lately. I just finished tracking with Cyndi for the new album, as well as tracking for the new Darden Smith release. Other recent recordings include a track on Nellie McKay's new album, and some sessions with Carly Simon.

With the exception of a few single performances, the "At Last" tour with Cyndi has ended. To top the tour off, on the 24th we performed in Beijing, China at the Great Wall. Yahoo! and the AP released a story about it on the Yahoo! site. Check it out here.

I'm currently touring Japan with Cyndi in support of the new DVD from Town Hall in NYC, as well as the release in Japan of the "Shine" CD. Pearl Drums has supplied me with a killin' kit. The shows are going well. The audiences have been very responsive. The promoters have taken us to some amazing restaurants. Needless to say we're getting our fill of sushi and sake.
